How much does it cost to hire a motorhome in Elche?
Prices start at €50 per day in low season. In summer and at times like Easter or mid-August they go up, especially for the larger, better-equipped models. The final price depends on three things: the model, the season and the number of days.
Each motorhome has its own conditions: deposit, included kilometres and insurance excess. They're not the same for all of them, because a small camper isn't the same as a luxury motorhome. You'll see them in detail on each vehicle's listing before you book.

Why start your trip from Elche
Elche sits in the middle of the southern Costa Blanca. In less than half an hour you're at the beach, in a nature park or on the motorway towards Murcia, Valencia or inland. And the airport is practically next door: if you're coming from abroad, you fly in, collect the motorhome and start your holiday the same day.
What to see in Elche before you set off
The Palm Grove and the Huerto del Cura
More than 200,000 palm trees inside the city: it's the largest palm grove in Europe and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Huerto del Cura is its best-kept corner, a garden for a calm morning stroll.
Palacio de Altamira and the old town
The historic heart of Elche. You can walk around it in a couple of hours, and in August the city celebrates the Misteri d’Elx, a medieval drama that is also World Heritage.

Santa Pola and Tabarca Island
About 20 minutes away. Boats leave Santa Pola harbour for Tabarca, the only inhabited island in the Valencia region. On the way back, the Santa Pola salt flats, where you'll almost always see flamingos.
El Hondo Nature Park and Clot de Galvany
Two wetlands very close to Elche, perfect for walking, birdwatching and staying for the sunset. Quiet and easy to combine in one day.
Guardamar del Segura
Dunes, pine forests by the sea and long beaches. A good destination for your first night, about 30 minutes away.
Heading south: Torrevieja and the Mar Menor
Following the coast you reach the pink lagoons of Torrevieja and the Mar Menor. A classic 3–5 day route with beaches almost all year round.
