Rent out your motorhome

Rent your campervan with LSR365 and manage it yourself

A parked campervan costs money: insurance, ITV, maintenance, parking space. Renting it is the logical way to pay for it all. The hard part isn’t handing over the keys; it’s getting customers to find it.

That’s what we take care of. You publish your motorhome on LSR365, we get customers to come, and you decide everything else. This option works throughout Spain.

How it works

  1. You register and publish your campervan: photos, description, price and availability.
  2. The customer finds it on lsr365.com and writes to you via the web chat.
  3. You confirm the reservation. Nothing is closed without your approval.
  4. The customer pays through LSR365. At that time, you exchange the contact details to arrange the delivery.
  5. At the delivery, you check the customer's documents and give them the keys.
  6. You will get your share the day after the collection.

Why the next day? Because that way the customer knows their money is protected until they have the keys in their hands, and the owner knows the payment is real. It's a way to keep everyone honest.

Your ad doesn't just stay in Spanish. The website is translated into seven more languages, including English, French, German and Dutch, so your motorhome appears on ours. caravans catalog Also for travelers from other countries who come to the Costa Blanca.

The decisions are yours

You decide the price. If you want our opinion, we’ll give it to you: we know how much can be asked for in each season and what makes a motorhome book faster. But the final word is yours.

The deposit, the rental agreement, and the cancellation conditions are also yours. If you need help with the contract, we’re here to help.

And you can continue renting it on your own. Several owners who work with us also advertise on their own side: we add clients, not take them away.

How much does it cost

10 % out of every confirmed reservation. There is no up-front fee, no monthly fees, nothing else. Without reservations, you don't pay anything.

How much can your campervan earn? Real numbers

We have published a year's worth of photos of one of our campers, day by day: booking calendar, prices per season, expenses, and what the owner has left to clean up.

  • 178 daysrented in the last 12 months
  • 33 daysRental covers all expenses for the year with complete management; managing it yourself, even less
  • 1 monthSummer rental pays for insurance, taxes and maintenance

With a calculator so you can calculate the numbers for your own campervan.

If someone cancels

If the customer cancels, the owner's conditions apply, which the customer accepted when booking. The 10 % % commission remains.

If the owner cancels, a 10 %% fee is charged. In that case we have to find the customer another motorhome at the last minute, and that’s not always easy. That way we all take reservations seriously.

And what if they damage my campervan?

It’s the first question almost every owner asks me, and I understand it: before my first rental, I had the same fear. In my first season, my camper had 14 bookings in just over four months, and only once was there a real damage: a customer didn’t see a branch when maneuvering and hit the bodywork. It was paid with the deposit, without any discussion.

Most people who rent a campervan look for nature and tranquility, and treat it as what it is: another person's home on wheels. I describe it in detail in my first season renting a campervan.

If you can't take care of yourself one day

It happens to us all: holidays, work, an unexpected event. If you have a booking and won’t be there, bring the motorhome to our parking lot and we’ll deliver it to the customer. We can also assist your customers while you’re away: answer their questions, explain how the motorhome works, and help them if anything arises during the trip. You disconnect, and the customer isn’t left alone.

What your motorhome needs

Being in good condition, ready to be delivered to a customer without excuses, and having comprehensive insurance. With that, the owner and the person renting it are at ease. Don't you have it or don't you know if your policy is valid? Write to us and we'll explain what insurance you need. We also explain it in what insurance a rental camper needs.

And what if she's not currently available to rent? Leave it in our hands: we'll get it ready for the season.

Maintenance and repairs without waiting

A rental motorhome has to be always ready, and this is where many owners lose money: a breakdown in the middle of the season and the booking falls through.

That's why we have our own workshop in Elche, next to the AP-7, ten minutes from Alicante. We take care of the entire vehicle:

  • The mechanical part: oil and filter changes, brake pads, pre-season check-ups and day-to-day repairs.
  • The housing: Water, gas, electrical installation, furniture, upholstery and deep cleaning. Since we build motorhomes from scratch, we know how each one is made inside and how to improve it.

We know what a day of downtime costs. Some people wait a week or two to get an appointment at a workshop, and in peak season that’s money wasted. The motorhomes that work with us drive past. If necessary, we work at night so that the customer can leave on their trip on time.

You don't need to know how to do everything.

There are owners who are held back by practicality: they don't know how to take good photos, or they worry about explaining to the customer how everything works, especially if they come from France, the Netherlands, or any other country.

That’s also what we’re here for. We can go see your campervan, take photos and make a video for the advertisement, and prepare a detailed guide for your customers: how the water, electricity, and gas work, how to empty the grey water, and everything they need to know before leaving. That way, the delivery is faster and the customer travels with peace of mind, speaking whatever language they speak.

Does your motorhome spend months in a parking lot at Alicante airport?

If you live in the Netherlands, Sweden or any other country and you have your motorhome in Spain, you know the routine: you arrive by plane, you travel for a few weeks and leave it in a parking lot next to Alicante airport until the next trip. There are thousands of motorhomes waiting for their owners, months without moving, while they continue paying insurance and parking fees.

While you are at home, yours may be working. And it doesn't have to be moved from its location: we deliver the campervan to the customer there, in the parking lot, and at the end of the trip we return it to the same place. Often the customer arrives in their car and leaves it in the campervan parking lot while they are traveling. It's the same thing we already do with our own campervans at caravans for rent at Alicante airport.

You receive the income, and when you land, your camper van is waiting for you where you left it. We explain this in complete management.

Rent out your motorhome with LSR365 and manage it yourself

A motorhome standing still costs money: insurance, ITV (the Spanish MOT), maintenance, a parking space. Renting it out is the logical way to make it pay for itself. The hard part isn't handing over the keys, it's getting customers to find it.

That's what we take care of. You list your motorhome on LSR365, we bring the customers, and you decide everything else. This option works anywhere in Spain.

How it works

  1. You sign up and list your motorhome: photos, description, price and availability.
  2. The customer finds it on lsr365.com and writes to you through the website chat.
  3. You confirm the booking. Nothing is agreed without your OK.
  4. The customer pays through LSR365. At that point you exchange contact details to arrange the handover.
  5. At the handover you check the customer's documents and give them the keys.
  6. You receive your share the day after pick-up.

Why the day after? Because the customer knows their money is protected until they have the keys in their hand, and the owner knows the payment is real. That way nobody can play dirty.

Your listing isn't only in Spanish. The website is translated into seven more languages, including English, French, German and Dutch, so your motorhome appears in our motorhome catalogue for travellers from other countries coming to the Costa Blanca too.

You make the decisions

You set the price. If you want our opinion, we'll give it: we know how much you can ask in each season and what makes a motorhome get booked sooner. But the final word is yours.

The deposit, the rental agreement and the cancellation terms are yours too. If you need help with the agreement, we'll give you a hand.

And you can keep renting it out on your own. Several owners who work with us also advertise elsewhere: we add customers, we don't take them away.

What it costs

10% of each confirmed booking. No sign-up fee, no monthly fees, nothing else. No bookings, nothing to pay.

It was paid from the deposit, no arguments.

Most people who rent a motorhome are looking for nature and peace, and they treat it as what it is: someone else's home on wheels. I tell the whole story in my first season renting out a motorhome.

If you can't make it one day

It happens to everyone: holidays, work, something unexpected. If you have a booking and won't be there, bring the motorhome to our car park and we'll do the handover to the customer. We can also look after your customers while you're away: answer their questions, explain how the motorhome works and help them if anything comes up during the trip. You switch off, and the customer isn't left on their own.

What your motorhome needs

To be in good condition, ready to hand over to a customer with no excuses, and to have fully comprehensive insurance. That keeps both the owner and the renter at ease. Don't have it, or not sure your policy is right? Write to us and we'll explain what insurance you need. We also cover it in what insurance a rental motorhome needs.

And if it isn't ready to rent right now? Leave it with us: we'll get it ready for the season.

Maintenance and repairs without waiting

  • The living area: water, gas, electrics, furniture, upholstery and deep cleaning. Because we build motorhomes from scratch, we know how each one is made inside and how to improve it.

We know what a day off the road costs. Some people wait one or two weeks for a garage appointment, and in high season that's money lost. Motorhomes that work with us jump the queue. If needed, we work through the night so the customer can set off on time.

You don't need to know how to do everything

Some owners are held back by the practical side: they can't take good photos, or they worry about explaining to the customer how everything works, especially if the customer comes from France, the Netherlands or anywhere else.

That's what we're here for too. We can come and see your motorhome, take the photos and video for the listing, and prepare a detailed guide for your customers with you: how the water, electricity and gas work, how to empty the grey water and everything they need to know before setting off. Does your motorhome spend months in a car park at Alicante airport?

If you live in the Netherlands, Sweden or anywhere else and keep your motorhome in Spain, you know the routine: you fly in, travel for a few weeks and leave it in a car park near Alicante airport until the next trip. There are thousands of motorhomes there waiting for their owners, standing still for months, while the owners keep paying insurance and parking.

While you're at home, yours could be working. And it doesn't need to move: we hand the motorhome over to the customer right there in the car park, and at the end of the trip they return it to the same spot. Often the customer arrives by car and leaves it in the motorhome's space while they travel. It's exactly what we already do with our own motorhomes for motorhome hire at Alicante airport.

You get the income, and when you land, your motorhome is waiting where you left it. We explain how in full management.
