Con la gestión completa, nos la dejas y nosotros nos encargamos de todo. Tú solo decides cuándo quieres usarla y recibes los ingresos.

La mayoría de nuestros clientes nunca ha viajado en autocaravana. Por eso cada entrega es detallada y cada cliente recibe antes del viaje vídeos y guías sobre el agua, la luz, el gas y el vaciado de depósitos. Un cliente que sabe lo que hace cuida mejor tu autocaravana.
Todas las reservas de tu autocaravana las ves en tu área personal de la web: fechas, cliente y lo que vas a cobrar.
Cuánto cuesta
Un 20 % de cada reserva. Incluye la gestión completa y el aparcamiento de tu autocaravana en nuestras instalaciones. Sin cuota de alta y sin mensualidades: si no hay reservas, no pagas nada.
La limpieza entre alquileres la paga el cliente, no tú.

Calcula lo que te quedaría
Pon el precio medio por noche de tu autocaravana, los días que crees que se alquilará y lo que te cuestan al año el seguro, el mantenimiento y los impuestos. Los valores de partida son los de nuestra camper.
Es una estimación, no una promesa: cada autocaravana gana distinto según su tipo, su precio y la temporada.
Cuándo cobras
Al día siguiente de que el cliente recoja la autocaravana. Es la misma regla que aplicamos con todos los propietarios: el pago es real y nadie juega sucio.
El precio, dentro de tus límites
Tú nos dices el precio mínimo por debajo del cual no quieres alquilar. Por encima de él, ajustamos la tarifa según la temporada y la demanda: en invierno, un precio que atraiga clientes; en agosto, lo máximo que acepta el mercado. Y si un cliente quiere alquilarla un mes entero, podemos hacerle un descuento sin tener que llamarte cada vez. ¿No sabes cuánto pedir? Te decimos lo que cobramos por autocaravanas parecidas. Tú marcas las reglas, nosotros las aplicamos.
Tu autocaravana sigue siendo tuya
¿Quieres irte de viaje con ella? Avísanos con antelación, bloqueamos las fechas y es toda tuya.
Un consejo: julio y agosto son los meses que más dinero dejan, así que, si puedes, viaja en otra época. Pero si te apetece mucho ir en verano, la autocaravana es tuya.
¿Quieres dejar la gestión completa? Nos lo dices y listo, sin permanencia. Solo cerramos las cuentas pendientes, si las hay.
Dónde se queda tu autocaravana
Puede quedarse en nuestras instalaciones de Elche, junto a la AP-7, a diez minutos de Alicante, al lado de nuestro taller. Así está siempre revisada y a mano para cada entrega.
Y si ya tienes plaza en un parking del aeropuerto de Alicante, puede quedarse allí.
¿Vives fuera de España y tu autocaravana pasa meses en el aeropuerto de Alicante?
Si vives en Holanda, en Suecia o en cualquier otro país, conoces la rutina: llegas en avión, viajas unas semanas y dejas la autocaravana en un parking junto al aeropuerto hasta el próximo viaje. Allí hay miles de autocaravanas esperando a sus dueños, meses sin moverse, mientras siguen pagando seguro y plaza.
Mientras tú estás en casa, la tuya puede estar trabajando. Entregamos la autocaravana al cliente allí mismo, en el parking, y al terminar el viaje la devuelve al mismo lugar. Muchas veces el cliente llega en su coche y lo deja en la plaza de la autocaravana mientras viaja. Es lo mismo que ya hacemos con nuestras propias autocaravanas en el alquiler de autocaravanas en el aeropuerto de Alicante.
Cuando aterrizas, tu autocaravana te está esperando donde la dejaste.
Mantenimiento y reparaciones
Tenemos taller propio junto a nuestras instalaciones. Como construimos autocaravanas desde cero, nos ocupamos del vehículo completo: cambio de aceite y filtros, pastillas de freno, revisiones, agua, gas, instalación eléctrica, mobiliario y tapicería.
Si algo se rompe, te contamos qué ha pasado, qué hay que hacer y cuánto cuesta. El importe se descuenta de los ingresos del alquiler o te lo facturamos aparte, como prefieras.
Y sin esperas. Hay quien pasa una o dos semanas esperando cita en un taller, y en temporada alta eso es dinero perdido. Tu autocaravana pasa por delante. Si hace falta, trabajamos de noche para que el cliente salga de viaje a tiempo.
¿Y si dañan mi autocaravana?
La fianza la cobramos nosotros y el contrato es nuestro, así que cualquier incidencia la gestionamos directamente con el cliente. La cantidad de la fianza la acordamos contigo según la autocaravana.
Y los daños son mucho menos frecuentes de lo que parece. En mi primera temporada, mi autocaravana tuvo 14 reservas en poco más de cuatro meses, y solo una vez hubo un daño de verdad: un cliente no vio una rama al maniobrar y abolló la carrocería. Se pagó con la fianza, sin discusiones. Lo cuento en mi primera temporada alquilando una autocaravana.
Qué necesita tu autocaravana
Estar en Alicante o alrededores, en buen estado y con un seguro a todo riesgo que cubra el alquiler. No importa si es nueva o tiene sus años: lo que cuenta es que esté bien cuidada. ¿No tienes seguro o no sabes si tu póliza sirve? Escríbenos y te explicamos qué seguro necesitas. - La traes a nuestras instalaciones y la revisamos juntos con una lista de comprobación: mecánica, vivienda y equipamiento.
- Si hace falta arreglar algo, te decimos qué y cuánto cuesta antes de tocar nada.
- Hacemos gratis las fotos y el vídeo del anuncio. Si te apetece, grabamos también un vídeo contigo hablando de tu autocaravana: a los clientes les da confianza conocer al dueño. Si prefieres no salir, no pasa nada.
- Acordamos el precio mínimo y las condiciones de cancelación, y la publicamos.

Full rental management for your motorhome in Alicante
You own a motorhome, but you have neither the time nor the wish to deal with customers, handovers and cleaning. I get it: renting out a motorhome properly is a job in itself.
With full management, you leave it with us and we take care of everything. You just decide when you want to use it, and you receive the income.
What we do
- We list and promote your motorhome in our catalogue, translated into seven languages besides Spanish.
- We handle all enquiries and bookings.
- We prepare the contract and collect the deposit.
- We do the handover: we check the customer's documents and calmly explain how everything works.
- We support the customer during the trip in case any questions come up.
- We take the motorhome back, check it and get it ready for the next trip.
Most of our customers have never travelled in a motorhome. That's why every handover is thorough, and before the trip every customer receives videos and guides on water, electricity, gas and emptying the tanks. A customer who knows what they're doing takes better care of your motorhome.
You see every booking for your motorhome in your personal account on the website: dates, customer and what you'll be paid.
What it costs
20% of each booking. This includes full management and parking for your motorhome at our premises. No sign-up fee and no monthly charges: no bookings, nothing to pay.
Cleaning between rentals is paid by the customer, not by you.
How much can your motorhome earn? Real numbers
We've published a full year of one of our campervans under full management, day by day: booking calendar, prices by season, costs and what the owner actually keeps.

Work out what you'd keep
Enter your motorhome's average price per night, the days you think it will be rented and what insurance, maintenance and taxes cost you per year. The starting values are those of our campervan.
This is an estimate, not a promise: every motorhome earns differently depending on its type, its price and the season.
When you get paid
The day after the customer picks up the motorhome. It's the same rule we apply to every owner: the payment is real and nobody plays dirty.
The price, within your limits
You tell us the minimum price below which you don't want to rent it out. Above that, we adjust the rate to the season and demand: in winter, a price that attracts customers; in August, the most the market will pay. And if a customer wants it for a whole month, we can give them a discount without having to call you every time. Not sure what to charge? We'll tell you what we charge for similar motorhomes. You set the rules, we apply them.
Your motorhome is still yours
Want to go on a trip in it? Let us know in advance, we block the dates and it's all yours.
A tip: July and August are the months that earn the most, so if you can, travel at another time. But if you really want to go in summer, it's your motorhome.
Want to stop full management? Just tell us, no minimum term. We only settle any outstanding amounts.
Where your motorhome stays
It can stay at our premises in Elche, next to the AP-7 motorway, ten minutes from Alicante, right beside our workshop. That way it's always checked and ready for each handover.
And if you already have a space in a car park at Alicante airport, it can stay there.
Do you live outside Spain and your motorhome spends months at Alicante airport?
If you live in the Netherlands, Sweden or any other country, you know the routine: you fly in, travel for a few weeks and leave the motorhome in a car park near the airport until the next trip. Thousands of motorhomes wait there for their owners, months without moving, while the insurance and parking keep being paid.
While you're at home, yours could be working. We hand the motorhome over to the customer right there in the car park, and at the end of the trip they bring it back to the same spot. Often the customer arrives in their own car and leaves it in the motorhome's space while they travel. It's what we already do with our own motorhomes for motorhome hire at Alicante airport.
When you land, your motorhome is waiting where you left it.
Maintenance and repairs
We have our own workshop next to our premises. Because we build motorhomes from scratch, we look after the whole vehicle: oil and filter changes, brake pads, services, water, gas, electrics, furniture and upholstery.
If something breaks, we tell you what happened, what needs doing and what it costs. The amount is deducted from the rental income or invoiced separately, whichever you prefer.
And no waiting. Some people wait a week or two for a garage appointment, and in high season that's lost money. Your motorhome jumps the queue. If needed, we work through the night so the customer can leave on time.
What if my motorhome gets damaged?
We collect the deposit and the contract is ours, so we deal with any incident directly with the customer. We agree the deposit amount with you, depending on the motorhome.
And damage is far less common than you'd think. In my first season, my motorhome had 14 bookings in just over four months, and only once was there real damage: a customer didn't see a branch while manoeuvring and dented the bodywork. It was paid from the deposit, no arguments. I write about it in my first season renting out a motorhome.
What your motorhome needs
To be in or around Alicante, in good condition and with fully comprehensive insurance that covers rental. It doesn't matter whether it's new or a few years old: what counts is that it's well looked after. No insurance, or not sure your policy is right? Write to us and we'll explain what you need. How to get started
- You write to us and tell us what motorhome you have.
- You bring it to our premises and we inspect it together using a checklist: mechanics, living area and equipment.
- If anything needs fixing, we tell you what and how much before touching anything.
- We take the photos and video for the listing free of charge. If you like, we also film a video of you talking about your motorhome: customers trust it more when they meet the owner. If you'd rather not appear, that's fine.
- We agree the minimum price and cancellation terms, and we publish it.
