Motorhome rental conditions in Alicante

Our aim is to offer a simple, transparent booking process with no surprises so that you can enjoy your trip with total peace of mind.
Motorhome rental conditions
These terms and conditions have been designed to ensure that the entire rental process is transparent, easy to understand and convenient.
Our goal is for you to know how everything works from the start and for you to be able to enjoy the trip with peace of mind.
This is not a list of prohibitions, but rather basic agreements designed to look after the motorhome and ensure a good experience for everyone.
Driver requirements
To hire a motorhome, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 28 years old.
- Holding a valid category B driving licence.
- Have a minimum of 5 years driving experience.
When booking or collecting the vehicle, you will need to provide:
- Identity card, passport or NIE.
- Home address.
- Contact telephone number.
- Email.
If a second person is to drive the car, the relevant documentation must also be provided. The second driver is included at no extra cost.
Booking and payment methods
To confirm a booking, a deposit of €100 is required, to be paid by bank transfer.
The remaining amount may be paid by bank transfer before the start of the hire period or in cash when you collect the motorhome.
Deposit and insurance
All our motorhomes come with insurance included.
The insurance excess is 300 €. This means that the customer's maximum liability in the event of a claim covered by the insurance is limited to €300.
In addition, a deposit is required at the time of collection:
€500 for campers
€600 for integrated motorhomes.
Important: the security deposit and the excess are different things and are not added together.
The deposit serves as security for the duration of the hire period and will be refunded in full once the trip is over, provided that the motorhome is returned in the same condition as when it was collected.
The security deposit also covers any minor damage to equipment, furniture, windows, skylights or other items not covered by the insurance.
Mileage included
The mileage included depends on the length of the hire:
- Bookings of up to 3 days: 100 km per day included.
- Bookings of more than 3 days: 150 km per day included.
We also offer the option of unlimited mileage for an additional charge of €10 per day.
Any additional kilometres are charged at €0.25 per kilometre.
Delivery and returns
Motorhomes are usually collected from 3.00 pm.
The return must be made before 12.00.
Subject to availability and provided there are no subsequent bookings, we can adjust the collection and return times for the customer's convenience.
Collection can be made in Alicante or at Alicante Airport. We also offer other delivery options upon request.
Trips around Spain and Europe
Our motorhomes can be driven in Spain and in certain European countries.
If you plan to leave Spain, you must let us know before making your booking and state your intended route.
Conditions may vary depending on the destination country and the selected motorhome model, so each case will be reviewed individually before confirming authoristaion.
Travelling with pets
Pets are welcome and we do not charge any extra for travelling with them.
We simply ask that the vehicle is used responsibly and returned in good condition.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the motorhomes.
This rule helps keep the vehicle in perfect condition for all customers.
Vehicle cleaning and return
The campervan must be returned with:
- Empty the grey water tank.
- The toilet cassette is empty.
- The clean water tank is full.
If these tasks have not been carried out, a cleaning charge of €40 will apply.
Included equipment
All our motorhomes include the equipment necessary to enjoy the trip in comfort.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the hire period will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the start of the booking, the amount paid will not be refunded.
