We want you to enjoy the trip with total peace of mind. These conditions are designed so that everything is clear and simple, from the first moment, with no surprises and with common sense.
Conditions of rental of the motorhome
These conditions have been designed so that the entire process of renting may be transparent, understandable and comfortable.
Our goal is that you know how everything works from the start and can enjoy the journey with peace of mind.
This is not a list of prohibitions, but of basic agreements designed to take care of the motorhome and ensure a good experience for all.
Driver and documentation
The minimum driver's age is 25 years.
It requires a minimum experience of driving for 3 years.
At the time of collection of the motorhome will be necessary to submit:
a valid driving license of category B.
The motorhome is delivered with full insurance.
The excess insurance is 700 euros.
Payment and booking
To confirm the booking we require a 30% advance payment of the total rental amount.
The remaining amount should be paid a maximum of 30 days before the start of the rentalbefore the collection of the motorhome.
Security and protection of the vehicle
All our motorhomes come with full insurance to provide further peace of mind during the trip.
The excess of 700 euros form part of the common terms of lease and explained in a clear manner at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
Fuel and mileage
The motorhome is delivered with a level of fuel determined and must be returned with the same fuel level.
Rent includes 100 km per day.
There is the possibility of extending the deadline until 200 km per day for a fee of 10 € per day.
The additional kilometers are billed to 0.25 € per kilometer.
Cleaning and deposits
The motorhome is delivered clean and ready for the trip.
At the time of return, it is requested that:
the deposits of gray and black water are empty,
the motorhome is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered,
the clean water tank is full.
These tasks are simple and, in case of doubt, always, we'll explain how and where to carry them out in a convenient way.
Return of the vehicle
The return of the vehicle is done by reviewing the general condition of the motorhome.
It takes into account the normal use during the tripby applying a criterion that is fair and transparent for both parties.
Responsible use
We rely on a responsible use and careful of the motorhome.
In case of incidents or damage, we will apply the conditions previously agreed upon.
