Today we have our own workshop in Elche, where we build motorhomes for our fleet, for rental and for customers. Currently we have four under construction: three L2H2 and one L3H2.<\/p><p>If you want a campervan made to measure, for travel or for rental, we build it with you.<\/p><h2>With your van, or we\u2019ll find it for you<\/h2><p>You can come with your own van. Or you can leave the search in our hands: we find and buy the vehicle, check its technical condition and, if necessary, fix it. You will have the perfect base for construction.<\/p><p>We work with all brands: Fiat Ducato, Citro\u00ebn Jumper, Peugeot Boxer, Ford, Volkswagen, Renault and others. In the Volkswagen T6 we installed a lift-up roof.<\/p><h2>What it includes<\/h2><p>Everything that comes with a factory-built motorhome, with the same technology: insulation, windows, electrical installation, water, heating, kitchen, and furniture. And with a meticulous finish: a motorhome should not look like it was made at home, especially if it is going to be rented.<\/p><p>The usual equipment:<\/p><ul><li>150 Ah lithium battery;<\/li><li>450 W solar panel;<\/li><li>3 kW inverter;<\/li><li>140 l clean water tank and 120 l grey water tank;<\/li><li>diesel heating;<\/li><li>12 V boiler for hot water.<\/li><\/ul><p>We always leave the pre-installation for Starlink. If you want, we add Starlink and air conditioning.<\/p><h2>Beds<\/h2><p>We make fixed beds in two heights. The second bed can be disassembled, and when four people travel, it can be reassembled in ten minutes.<\/p><h2>How much does it cost<\/h2><p>An economical camper for two people, with the van included, costs between 30,000 and 35,000 \u20ac. For four people, the price rises to around 45,000 \u20ac, and the result is a very comfortable camper van. For renting, that\u2019s the reasonable ceiling: from there on, expensive components start to become apparent in the income figures.<\/p><h2>How to save money<\/h2><p>If you want to adjust the budget, the project can be simplified: three windows instead of four, one skylight instead of two, normal plywood painted instead of lightweight plywood. Or, for example, a normal 220 V boiler instead of the 12 V one, which costs four times less. The savings are considerable.<\/p><h2>Deadlines<\/h2><p>Building an economical camper takes about three weeks. After that comes homologation and paperwork, usually another two or three weeks. That timeframe doesn\u2019t depend on us, so we can\u2019t promise an exact date. The homologation and MOT are at our own expense.<\/p><h2>You are participating in the project<\/h2><p>You choose the distribution and the materials. You can come to the workshop whenever you want to see how the work is going.<\/p><p>If you live far away and can't come often, we send you a video with the progress almost daily. This way, you can follow the construction step by step from wherever you are.<\/p><p>We build for customers from any country.<\/p><h2>Payment and guarantee<\/h2><p>We agree on the payment with each client, also in stages. If we buy the vehicle for you, you pay the full amount; it is then registered in your name and the construction begins.<\/p><p>We give a one-year warranty on the work. If we have sourced the vehicle ourselves, it also has a one-year warranty.<\/p><p>For now, we do not offer our own financing, but you can apply for a loan from your bank.<\/p><h2>To rent<\/h2><p>We have already built campers for two, three, and four people, and all of them are very well rented. A camper for 35,000 \u20ac is rented in the summer for 110\u2013120 \u20ac per night, and in the middle season for about 90 \u20ac, with good occupancy.<\/p><p>When it is ready, you can rent it through us: <a href=\"https:\/\/lsr365.com\/en\/rent-your-motorhome\/\">managing it yourself<\/a> (10 %) or with <a href=\"https:\/\/lsr365.com\/en\/managing-rental-of-motorhomes-in-alicante\/\">complete management<\/a> (20 %).
