2025 season conclusions and plans for 2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>

When I started building my first campervan, I already had a very clear goal.<\/p>

I wanted to build five motorhomes little by little and rent them out.<\/p>

But before the first series, that was nothing more than an idea.<\/p>

I didn't know if there would really be any demand. I didn't know if people would like travelling in a campervan built by me. Nor did I know how many bookings I would get or if it would make sense to carry on.<\/p>

The first series answered practically all of those questions.<\/p>

It started 7 August 2025<\/strong> and finished at the beginning of January 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>

During that time the motorhome was rented out 14 times<\/strong>. In total, they travelled around 90 nights' rental<\/strong>, with an average duration of just over six nights per reservation<\/strong> and an average price close to 85 euros a night<\/strong>.<\/p>

Today those figures just seem like statistics.<\/p>

But then each new booking meant much more than a number.<\/p>

Every journey gave me experience, new ideas and real-life situations that I could never have learned any other way.<\/p>

What surprised me most wasn't the number of bookings.<\/p>

I was convinced that, after September, the season would practically be over and I could dedicate October, November and December to building the next motorhome.<\/p>

However, the exact opposite happened.<\/p>

The bookings kept coming in until the end of the year.<\/p>

The latest customers returned the motorhome as early as the first few days of January 2026.<\/p>

That was when I realised that, at least on the Costa Blanca, the season didn't end with the summer.<\/p>

That was one of the most important discoveries of the entire first year.<\/p>

Whilst still delivering the first motorhome to new clients, in October 2025<\/strong> The next stage had already begun.<\/p>

I bought a Citro\u00ebn Relay<\/strong> and I began the build of my second campervan.<\/p>

I found the van thanks to someone who worked at a commercial vehicle hire company. When their vehicles reached a certain mileage, they sold them. That is how I got a unit in very good condition, with low mileage and at a very attractive price.<\/p>

Shortly afterwards another one arrived Fiat Ducato<\/strong>.<\/p>

I remained convinced that building the motorhomes myself was the best option. Not only did it involve a much smaller investment than buying a new motorhome, but I could also apply everything I had learned with the first fourteen clients right from the start.<\/p>

During the first series I also discovered something else.<\/p>

Most customers asked practically the same questions.<\/p>

How the hot water worked.<\/p>

How to empty the tank.<\/p>

How to use the heating.<\/p>

How the fridge worked.<\/p>

That is why I started recording short explanatory videos which I sent before each trip. Later on, those same videos would become the foundation of the help section of the website of LSR365<\/strong>.<\/p>

At the end of 2025, another idea was also born.<\/p>

At first, I had built a motorhome solely to enjoy it myself and rent it out when I wasn't using it.<\/p>

But after the first year I realised that there were many people in the same situation.<\/p>

Owners who only used their motorhome a few weeks a year and had it parked the rest of the time, bearing the costs of insurance, tax and maintenance.<\/p>

I realised that LSR365<\/strong> it could also help those people.<\/p>

It wasn't just about hiring out my own motorhomes.<\/p>

I also wanted to help other owners make the most of theirs when they weren't using them.<\/p>

At the beginning of 2026 that idea began to become a reality.<\/p>

I met Juli\u00e1n, owner of two motorhomes. After showing him my project and the website I had just created, he decided to entrust me with finding clients for his vehicles.<\/p>

It was the first step towards LSR365<\/strong> it would cease to be solely the project of a single motorhome.<\/p>

At the same time I realised that building new motorhomes on the street was no longer an option.<\/p>

Between the construction of new vehicles, maintenance and repairs, more and more space was needed.<\/p>

Thus was born the workshop where later we would build the following motorhomes and where we would also begin to help other owners with improvements and repairs.<\/p>

Looking back, I believe the biggest result of that first season was not the fourteen reservations.<\/p>

It was the confidence to keep going.<\/p>

The initial idea had worked.<\/p>

And what started with a single campervan was beginning to turn, little by little, into LSR365<\/strong>.<\/p>
