Complete management of the rental of your motorhome in Alicante
You have a motorhome, but you don't have the time or desire to deal with customers, deliveries, and cleaning. I understand: renting a motorhome properly is work in itself.
With full management, you leave it to us and we take care of everything. You decide when you want to use it and you receive the revenue.
What do we do?
- We publish and promote your motorhome on Our catalog, Translated into English, French, German and Dutch.
- We attend to all inquiries and reservations.
- We prepared the contract and collected the deposit.
- We make the delivery: we review the client's documents and calmly explain to them how everything works.
- We accompany the client during the journey in case they have any questions.
- We received the campervan, inspected it and left it ready for the next trip.
Most of our customers have never traveled in a motorhome. That’s why every delivery is detailed and every customer receives videos and guides on water, light, gas and emptying tanks before the trip. A customer who knows what they’re doing takes better care of your motorhome.
How much does it cost
% 20% of each booking. Includes the full management and parking of your motorhome in our facilities. No deposit required and no monthly fees: if there are no bookings, you don't pay anything.
The cleaning between rentals is paid by the customer, not by you.
When you get paid
The day after the customer collects the campervan. It’s the same rule we apply to all owners: the payment is real and no one plays dirty.
The price, within your limits
You give us a price range, for example between 70 and 90 € per night. Within that range, we adjust the rate according to the season and demand, and we can offer a discount to a long-term customer without having to call you every time. You set the rules, we apply them.
Your campervan remains yours
Do you want to go on a trip with her? Let us know in advance, we'll block the dates and it's all yours.
Do you want to leave full management? Tell us and that's it, no commitment. We just close the outstanding accounts, if any.
Where your motorhome stays
You can stay at our facilities in Elche, next to the AP-7, ten minutes from Alicante, next to our workshop. This way, it is always checked and hand-made for each delivery.
And if you already have a parking space in an Alicante airport car park, it can be there.
Do you live outside Spain and your motorhome spends months at Alicante airport?
If you live in the Netherlands, Sweden, or any other country, you are familiar with the routine: you arrive by plane, travel for a few weeks, and leave the camper van in a parking lot near the airport until the next trip. There are thousands of campers waiting for their owners, months without moving, while they continue to pay insurance and parking fees.
While you are at home, yours may be working. We deliver the motorhome to the customer there, in the parking lot, and at the end of the trip we return it to the same place. Often the customer arrives in their car and leaves it in the motorhome parking lot while they are traveling. It’s the same thing we already do with our own motorhomes at the caravans for rent at Alicante airport.
When you land, your campervan is waiting for you where you left it.
Maintenance and repairs
We have our own workshop next to our facilities. As We build motorhomes from scratch, We take care of the complete vehicle: oil and filter changes, brake pads, inspections, water, gas, electrical installation, furniture and upholstery.
If something breaks, we’ll tell you what happened, what needs to be done, and how much it costs. The cost is deducted from your rental income or invoiced separately, as you prefer.
And without waiting. Some people spend a week or two waiting for an appointment at a workshop, and in peak season that’s wasted money. Your campervan drives by. If necessary, we work at night so the customer can leave on their trip on time.
And what if they damage my campervan?
We collect the deposit ourselves and the contract is ours, so we handle any issues directly with the client.
And the damage is much less frequent than it seems. In my first season, my campervan had 14 breakdowns in just over four months, and only once was there a real damage: a customer didn’t see a branch when manoeuvring and damaged the bodywork. It was paid for with the deposit, without any arguments. I’m telling this story in my first season renting a campervan.
What your motorhome needs
